2 new ideas from FoxTrails

I was looking at FoxTrails, which uses a similar base technology to AVFP, and at least a couple of things it does could be borrowed and used in the next version of ActiveVFP:
-centralization of the mtdll and .net proxy so that a brand new one is not needed for each new application. This would potentially save some steps and possibly avoid some problems
-debugging optionally using Visual Studio .net. Right now you can debug without Visual Studio and just use the regular VFP debugger. It might be a nice option to be able to use the Visual Studio debugger (especially if it turns out that there is a problem debugging on Vista using the current debugging technique)
