form is not displayed in required frame

in my default page ther are three frames namely 1) top   2) left and  3) right 

in my left page the link is given , when i click on this link , i want to display the next html page on right frame , but the page is not displayed in right frame

it displays in left frame . is any solution for this to dispaly the resultant page or all pages in right frame ?
