Captcha alternative

Anyone using reCaptcha on their site (with aVFP of course) to prevent/reduce spam bots on their site? How are you implementing it? Any alternatives as well is greatly appreciated.

I used "A Captcha Image generator for FoxPro" by Rick Strahl:

I used "bootstrap" only to get a good look at tablets, smartphones and computers.
the Captcha text is randomly generate (4 or more characters), then create the image with GdyPlusX, save it with a name, place the image name in the html code and compare what the user enters with the text string generated.
The wonderful thing is that VFPX GdyPlusX works on Server, so you can use all its potential for handling images in ActiveVFP (resize, format ect. )
My activevfp Hosting, Arvixe, works great.
