Sharing my experience with PDF reports setup in VFP. It could save you a couple of hours in ur set-up. I am sure it is mentioned somewhere in these discussions but I am trying to give it little more visibility.

My system is SQL server backend win 7 64 bit on local machine
  1. VFP 9 comes with default settings of 'Report engine behavior' set to 80 (backwards compatible). While creating reports for AVFP this must be set to '90'. .. (I handled this in my AVFP file as 'Set EngineBehavior 90' for old reports). Otherwise, the browser displays the PDF file, but it is blank.
  2. I had IIS 7.5. it does not come with IWAM, and ASPNET users. I had to give custom access and launch permission to PDFrun.Print2PDF to 2 users, IIS_IUSERS and 'Network Service' by running 'mmc comexp.msc /32'.
IUSERS does not seem to matter in my set-up, so I took it out.
